Jia's LaLa (Aunt Lisa) had a birthday on November 20th and today we celebrated as a family at Jia's grandma and grandpa's house (as always - thanks mom and dad). Here are a few pictures showing the beautiful Lisa and her equally beautiful children. Jia loves a chance weekend meeting with her in-town cousins, Aunt LaLa and Uncle Dave!
Jia continues to be incredibly clingy with me - I'm guessing it's because she just doesn't get enough mommy time during the week. As she gets older she'll better understand but in the meantime - she is lovingly cared for by her Aunt Lisa during the week while I work - a true second mommy the way Lisa loves and cares for her - plus Jia gets the added bonus of having all of her in-town cousins company. Thank you Lisa - I don't know how I'd pull this off without you - I certainly wouldn't be able to with such comfort knowing you are taking such wonderful care of Jia. Love you kiddo. (Lisa has been a part of our family since she met my brother at the ripe old age of 15 - so both she and my brother will always be "kiddo" to me!).
Oh - and p.s. - Jia got her first haircut - more on that later! But you'll see it in these pictures!
