Sorry for the delay in posts! All is great in the household. We had a wonderful Halloween with the in-town cousins. Jia was a duck! Some of the moms/dads said - "wow, what a cute chicken" - whatever - all I could think was - have another glass of wine! She's a duck, for heaven's sake! She thought it was amazing that you could go up to a door, ring the bell, and someone would hand her things! We've had a rough few weeks with various illnesses - but she is presently healthy and has always kept that wonderful sense of humor of hers. Kept me and her LaLa on our toes but she's a-ok now.
Jia also loves playing with her kitchen here at home. She cooks and cooks. She likes to cook with her babydoll on her hip! Wonder where she got that idea. She also loves to draw now and we often find her quietly sitting and drawing and humming and talking to herself. Pretend play is huge - she makes up elaborate scenarios with her prince and princess at their little castle. In short, she is a delight and makes us so very happy. Enjoy the pictures!

Very cute duckie, you have there. I zoomed in on all these pics and saw some really fun stuff. I can see Bella in one of the photos (Dave & Lisa, et al's dog), and she' got her babydoll in the sink while she works in the kitchen in one of them! Since I've seen her in YOUR sink from time to time, with a watchful T nearby, I can see where she got the idea. And the photo of her standing on the stairs--holy cow!--I'm not sure I've ever seen a more beautiful human in my life. It's great to hear you are all doing so well, have weathered the virus train that little can take themselves and their parents on, and are looking so happy.

Hi! Yes, she was quite the cutie - we even had orange duck feet which she doesn't have on in these pics but really made the outfit complete! She is incredibly beautiful - I'll agree on that one! Great to hear from you - we miss you too!!!

Holy Duck, Batman!!!! My goodness Beth, she gets more beautiful every time I see her, which by the way, is not nearly enough!!! She has also gotten so big!!! She surely is growing and becoming a little girl with all your love and care!!! oh, and T's too.
P.S. love the kitchen, where did you find that?
